Africa One Funds - Investments
Investment vehicle of Africa One Group
Africa One Fund is the strategic capital vehicle of Africa One Group, deploying patient, deal-by-deal capital into two flagship theses: AOne Agrico, which backs sovereign crop revival, value-addition CAPEX, and knowledge transfer across Africa's agricultural value chains; and AOne HORECA, which builds hospitality real estate and brand equity through REIT Africa and proprietary franchise development. The Fund is built for investors who want exposure to Africa's real economy — food systems and hospitality infrastructure — structured with the discipline of institutional capital and the on-the-ground insight of operators who have built these businesses themselves.

Tourism & Hospitality - Interafrotality
InterAfrica Hospitality & Tourism builds and promotes Africa's hospitality and tourism sector, from boutique lodges and safari properties to urban hotels and cultural experiences. The division develops proprietary hospitality brands, curates destination and property features for a global audience, and works with partners such as Gesco Stay to expand distribution and territorial reach for African hospitality assets across multiple markets.
Green Energy - Africa One Energy
Africa One Energy powers the Group's wider ambitions by developing green and reliable energy solutions that underpin agribusiness value-addition, cold-chain logistics, and hospitality operations. Energy access is treated as foundational infrastructure — without it, crop revival, cold storage, and hospitality growth all stall — so this division works closely with Agricorp and RACS-linked cold-chain initiatives to ensure power availability keeps pace with growth.
Trade - RIC Brands Africa
RIC Brands Africa is the trade engine connecting African-origin products with UK and international markets, and connecting international partners with opportunity across Africa. The division manages distribution relationships, trial and pilot trade agreements, and market-entry support for producers and brands seeking to scale beyond their home markets — anchored by direct, dual-registered operations in both the UK and Rwanda.
Media & Events - Africa One Media & Events
Africa One Media & Events tells Africa's growth story and convenes the people building it. This division produces Africa Brew Brief, the Group's investigative agribusiness intelligence platform; the Africa One Brand founder-profile series; and flagship live events including Origin Cup, the Africa Coffee Festival London (ACFL), and the Deal Makers Dinner — bringing investors, producers, and diaspora audiences into the same room and the same conversation.
Knowledge Transfer - Masterclass Africa
Masterclass Africa exists because capital alone doesn't build sustainable businesses — capability does. The division delivers structured, practical learning through the HORECA Mastery programme (covering hotel revenue and marketing, financial planning, restaurant and QSR revenue, restaurant and QSR financial planning, and short-let premiumization) and the Agripreneur Mastery programme (including flagship courses such as mango value-chain economics). Every course is built around the Group's guiding promise: Africa's Knowledge, Africa's Growth — Knowledge Transfer for Afripreneurs Who Are Building Africa.
Africa Global Agribusiness Partners
Africa Global Agribusiness Partners brings together producers, processors, traders, and investors committed to unlocking the full value of Africa's agricultural potential. Working across sourcing, cold chain logistics, export readiness, and market access, the partnership connects smallholder farmers and regional producers with global buyers and capital, ensuring quality, traceability, and fair value at every stage of the supply chain. Rooted in Africa's agribusiness heartlands and built for international markets, Africa Global Agribusiness Partners exists to turn raw potential into sustainable, scalable trade.
Origin Cup Africa
Origin Cup Africa is a celebration of the continent's finest coffee origins, bringing together growers, roasters, curators, and coffee culture across a series of premier events held in Africa's leading producing nations. From Ethiopia's ancient coffee forests to Rwanda's high-altitude washing stations and Kenya's renowned estates, Origin Cup Africa spotlights the people and places behind every cup, connecting local excellence with global appreciation. More than a tasting event, it is a platform for storytelling, trade, and pride in African-grown quality — building the bridge between origin and the world's coffee tables.
